Three ways to steep sophistication:

1. The iLOLA Duo

Drop in one Tea Disc, add water, and press start. Precision steeping meets pure elegance—your refined cup awaits in under two minutes.

2. Tea Cup Strainer

Place the Tea Disc in the strainer, pour over water heated to 212℉ (100°C), and let the aroma transport you. Lift the strainer when steeped to your liking. Sip, sigh, repeat.

3. Tea Pot Service

Hosting? Add one Tea Disc per 8–10 oz (240–300 ml) of water at 212°F (100°C). Steep. Pour. Impress.

SHIPPING

Orders placed on iLOLA Online Shop are prepared by our iLOLA team and delivered by USPS, FedEx or UPS. We ship orders Monday through Friday. Purchases made after 12pm (PST) will not begin processing until the next business day. If you place your order after 12pm (PST) on a Friday, your order will be shipped the following week.

In order to receive full credit, all returns must be unopened in their original packaging and in a resalable condition. We do not cover the costs of return shipping charges unless due to company error.
